Refund and Cancellation Policy – Calicoberry Digital

Calicoberry Digital (“company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital products only. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. Digital Products – No Physical Goods

All products sold by Calicoberry Digital are digital downloads only. No physical items are shipped.

  • Downloads are available immediately after purchase.
  • You are responsible for your own device compatibility, software requirements, and ability to access digital files.
  • We do not provide physical media, manuals, or instructions beyond the digital files purchased.

2. No Refunds / No Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations are not permitted after purchase.

This policy applies to all digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital art files
  • Design resources (e.g., digital paper, clipart, templates)
  • Fonts, graphics, or any downloadable asset

By purchasing or downloading, you acknowledge that once the product is delivered digitally, you accept full responsibility for download, access, and use.


3. Exceptions / Discretionary Refunds

The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider refunds only in the following extremely limited scenarios:

  1. Technical Error on Our End: If a file is corrupted or unreadable due to a verified error in delivery.
  2. Duplicate Charge: If a payment was accidentally processed twice for the same product.

Even in these cases:

  • Refunds will be reviewed case by case.
  • Proof of issue, including screenshots or descriptions, may be required.
  • The company may instead offer replacement files or credit rather than a monetary refund.

4. Payment Processing and Chargebacks

By purchasing from Calicoberry Digital, you agree that:

  • Any unauthorized chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed through your credit card processor or bank for a product purchased from Calicoberry Digital without valid cause is considered a breach of these Terms.
  • Chargebacks without cause may result in permanent termination of your account, revocation of product access, and potential recovery of legal fees and damages.
  • All disputes should first be addressed directly with the company prior to contacting your payment provider.

5. Download and Access Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring the successful download and storage of digital products.
  • We recommend creating a backup copy immediately upon download.
  • The company is not liable for lost, misplaced, or accidentally deleted files.

6. Commercial and Personal Licenses

  • Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, revocable license for personal and/or commercial use, as detailed in the Terms of Service.
  • Any violation of the license does not qualify for a refund.

7. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

  • Digital files are instantly accessible, so there is no way to “return” a digital product.
  • Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be “taken back”.
  • Attempting to issue refunds for downloaded products would violate copyright and intellectual property protections.

8. Customer Support for Issues

While refunds are not offered, we do provide support for genuine technical issues:

  • Assistance with download links
  • Guidance on file types and access issues
  • Verification of corrupted or missing files

Support does not include tutorials or training on how to use the product.


9. Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase from Calicoberry Digital:

  • You acknowledge and accept that digital products are non-refundable.
  • You agree to resolve any disputes directly with the company.
  • You understand that chargebacks or disputes without valid cause are a violation of this policy.
